clearance certificates for self and if married, spouse and for children above
18 years.

The PCC is NOT required to be provided with initial application and can be submitted at a later stage, once it has received the provisional approval from Centralized intake office (CIO), Nova Scotia and transferred to local/nearest Canadian high commission for rest of the process.
